Laughing Target is, like most of the rest of the Rumic World series,
an intricate tale. The plot is basically a ghost story, based on an
old legend. I find it the most haunting of the set, even above
the Mermaid stories.
My gripes:
Animation quality is, as typical with OAVs, at the slower frame rate.
My likes:
The sense of eerie-ness generated by this film is almost unnerving
late at night. As usual for Rumic World, a well-written story is
the main reason to watch this film.
